Sales Associate

Required Experience/Skills:
Must have at least one (1) year of experience in Sales & Marketing experience or customer service experience. Knowledgeable and effective communicator, has in-depth knowledge of the entire sales process, and has strong skills in negotiation and in closing deals.

Essential Functions:
Continuously update his knowledge of the company products, services, and policies. The associate is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers. He/she is expected to help create marketing campaigns, assist in the preparation and planning of adverts and materials in order to maximize brand promotion and plan, project and manage marketing events. He/she is responsible in identifying target customers and generate leads and converting them to appointments.



Areas of Responsibilities:

1. Greeting incoming customers and creating a welcoming environment.
2. Support the work of sales & marketing officer and executives on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns
3.Promoting special sales, offers and awareness of products and services and generate leads.

Job Requirement:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business studies/administration/management, marketing or equivalent.

Technology Skills:

Advanced knowledge of Excel functions
Good command of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Proficient in data collection, data organization, analysis, visualization and presentation of data
