Duties and Responsibilities:
Billing
1. Review statement of account sent by respective batching plant.
2. Send cleared SOA to Billing accountant for invoice preparation.
Invoice Processing
1. Review, verify, and check the accuracy, completeness and compliance of supplier’s
documents such as but not limited to Purchase Order, Sales Invoice, Service Invoice or
Billing Invoice/Statement, Delivery Receipts, Receiving and Inspection Report, and Service
Completion Certificate.
2. Check all Sales Invoice received as well as supporting documents are equal and matches as
to description of quantity, unit price, and, amount to be paid; be attentive to notes in the
submitted documents and details in the Purchase Orders.
3. Make sure that advances to suppliers such as down payment, cash advances, rechargeable
materials or equipment rentals, and other applicable deductions are considered and recoup
in every payment cycle.
4. Check mathematical accuracy of input VAT, EWT and net amount to be paid.
5. Prepare BIR Form 2307 based on the amount withheld.
6. Prepare APV and ensure the accuracy of accounting journal entries and related adjustments.
7. Submits APV to Accounting Team Leader for checking prior to endorsement to Treasury
Department
