Job Description
➤Monitor closely the current accounts and costs of the office
➤Overseeing the accounting work
➤Update internal systems with financial data
➤Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports alongside the accountant
➤Reconcile bank statements
➤Participate in financial audits
➤Track bank deposits and payments
➤Assist with budget preparation
➤Develop, review and implement financial policies and processes
➤Create financial reports with analysis on a quarterly and annual basis to drive strategy and business direction
➤Expected outputs:
1. Monthly
a. Financial Report Analysis (complete with all COA, T&B, P&L sheets and analysis)
b. Budget Reports (using the 260 Inc. Key Financial Indicator Templates)
2. Weekly:
a. Project Costs and Analysis
b. Project Contract Updating and Tracking
