Job Description
Working Location: Mandaluyong full time
Salary to be discussed during interview and can start immediately
Basic Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an estimator or similar position is an advantage.
2. Familiarity with financial and project management principles.
3. In depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation formulas.
4. Exquisite math and IT ability with an analytical & critical mindset.
5. Proficient in Microsoft.
6. Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
7. Thoroughness and reliability.
8. Excellent organizational skills.
9. Preferred Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering, construction science or relevant discipline.
10. Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) will be an asset but not required.
