WORK EXPERIENCE
• 3-5 years experience in role involving writing, content curation, and/or instructional design
• must have skill in editing videos, articulate 360 (tool)
at least 1 year manager experience
• Working knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation principles and practices
• Experience drafting measurable goals and objectives
• Experience developing evaluation strategies and instruments
• Experience scoping, planning, and managing projects
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships
• Experience providing feedback, mentorship, or facilitating coaching
TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Technology literate; can easily work with new software (e.g., media development tools, office suite, and other web applications) and technologies (e.g., ChatGPT)
• Understanding of functionalities of courseware authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline)
• Experience with E-Learning design principles, practices, and platforms (LMS)
OTHER SKILLS
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives and propose quality solutions
• Demonstrated ability to communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to interact with peers, management and other departments in a professional manner
• Must be able to foster a positive and productive work environment, with ability to lead, build teams, and motivate staff
• Strong organizational and interpersonal management skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
• Self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
