Job Description

1. Provide first level support via call, chat, email or direct contact and convey resolutions to customer
2. Assumes ownership of the tickets assigned to him/her.
3. Gather, Analyze, information about user’s issue and determines the fastest way to resolve the problem
4. Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
5. Prepare and submit periodic reports
6. Handles technical and hardware support ie. Desktop, laptop, printer etc.
7. Adheres to established framework for Service Management
Salary:
20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
