Job Description

Basic Functions:
 Manage a team of travel counselors
 Implement customer engagement and strategic relationship management with key skills on
communication effectiveness
 Manage multiple projects driven by customers and Organization
 Collaborate with Internal and External cross functional/ teams
 Responsible for problem solving , designing solutions for ambiguous situations
Must have background in Global Distribution System (Sabre,Apollo,Amadeus,etc)

Essential Functions:
 Evaluates current processes and recommend improvements to gain efficiencies.
 Provides strategic direction to area of business for critical business decisions
 Initiates and leads standardization, improvement, re-engineering / cost effectiveness
initiatives
 Identifies and implements revenue generation opportunities
 Works in diverse challenging environment and offer consultation & define the business requirements
 Leads change management efforts and share best practices with team and build diverse talent
 Delivers high quality standards across the processes and projects
 Adheres to Controls and compliance as per company policy and norms
 Demonstrates analytical capabilities, problem solving, ambiguity management, multi tasking abilities in addition to drive results and collaborating & relationship building skills.

Qualifications:
 2 years in the travel industry in the same position
 Has a basic understanding of travel industry terms.
 Knowledge of MS Office Applications
 Must have background in Global Distribution System (Sabre,Apollo,Amadeus,etc)
 E2E Travel Process knowledge
 Self-starter with the ability to multitask.
 Willing to work in a 24 x 7 atmosphere
 Excellent communication skills, written and oral
 Result focus and self-driven
 High on flexibility
 Good in Multi-tasking and Time Management
 At least 2 years in College (preferred but not required)
