Job Description
Manage a team of travel counselors
Implement customer engagement and strategic relationship management with key skills on
communication effectiveness
Manage multiple projects driven by customers and Organization
Collaborate with Internal and External cross functional/ teams
Responsible for problem solving , designing solutions for ambiguous situations
Must have background in Global Distribution System (Sabre,Apollo,Amadeus,etc)
Essential Functions:
Evaluates current processes and recommend improvements to gain efficiencies.
Provides strategic direction to area of business for critical business decisions
Initiates and leads standardization, improvement, re-engineering / cost effectiveness
initiatives
Identifies and implements revenue generation opportunities
Works in diverse challenging environment and offer consultation & define the business requirements
Leads change management efforts and share best practices with team and build diverse talent
Delivers high quality standards across the processes and projects
Adheres to Controls and compliance as per company policy and norms
Demonstrates analytical capabilities, problem solving, ambiguity management, multi tasking abilities in addition to drive results and collaborating & relationship building skills.
Qualifications:
2 years in the travel industry in the same position
Has a basic understanding of travel industry terms.
Knowledge of MS Office Applications
Must have background in Global Distribution System (Sabre,Apollo,Amadeus,etc)
E2E Travel Process knowledge
Self-starter with the ability to multitask.
Willing to work in a 24 x 7 atmosphere
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
Result focus and self-driven
High on flexibility
Good in Multi-tasking and Time Management
At least 2 years in College (preferred but not required)
