QA Tester (Manual and Automation)

Work Engagement: Contract for 6 months, with potential to renew depending on performance
Work Arrangement: Fully remote
Work schedule: Standard; dayshift (9 hours with 1 hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests for both mobile and web applications.
- Design and implement test cases for both automated and manual testing to ensure thorough coverage and product integrity.
- Conduct manual testing as required, complementing automated tests for comprehensive quality assurance.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, report, and resolve defects.
- Document test results meticulously and manage the tracking of bugs and fixes.
- Adapt and evolve testing strategies to align with current industry trends and technological advancements.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in QA testing, with a strong background in both automated and manual testing environments.
- Proficient in developing automated tests for mobile applications, specifically in Flutter, as well as for web applications.
- Experienced in designing test cases for manual and automated testing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to developing error-free software.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with development teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of performance and security testing.
- A background in software development or a related field.
