Job Description
- Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
- Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content
- Optimizes content following search engine optimization (SEO)
- Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
- Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Works with marketing Officer to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
- Manages social media communications
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Organize and participate in community building and brand awareness boosting events
- Build relationships with potential customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Social Media, Business Management or any related field
- At least 6 months of experience in handling any social media platforms/ brands
- Must be able to demonstrate strong writing and editing skills, along with significant work experience and multimedia content generation
- Proven personal presence on various social media platforms
- Additional Social Media training certification is an advantage
- Content writing, Graphic Design, Campaign Execution, SEO and PPC, Proofreading
