Job Description
2. Primary Communicator with the Client and Construction Manager during the Design & Bid Stage of the Project
3. Able to Develop and produce accurate Architectural Working Drawings for Projects which will include the following:
* Site Development
* Floors Plan
* Elevators
* Sections
* Schedule of Openings
* Misc. Architectural Details
4. Oversee architect under him to complete the interior room details, Base Plans specifications and other documents needed.
