Job Description

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years work experience as an Accounting Assistant and Purchasing
Assistant
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Familiarity with BIR and other LGU regulations
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, 8Box
Solutions, Peachtree, SUN Accounting System)
• Organization skills, keen to details.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• BSBA major in Accounting, BS Accountancy, Finance or relevant field

Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
• Creating and updating expense reports
• Processing Canvass and Suppliers Accounts – Local and International
Job Summary:
• To perform daily tasks that will support the financial team.
• Entering PO/RPF transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices and
orders.
• Purchasing Assistant responsibilities include managing importation documents,
purchase orders, process receipts and invoices, entering financial transactions into our
internal databases and
• Help Accounting Department to run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all
transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Reconcile invoices, PO’s and identify discrepancies
• Create and update expense and importation reports
• Process reimbursement forms- as needed
• Prepare bank deposits – as needed
• Prepare purchase orders and invoices
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Check spreadsheets – prices of products for accuracy
• Maintain digital and physical canvass records
• Prepares government documentation for renewal and registrations to LGU’s and BOC
• Obtain price quotes from multiple suppliers
