Job Description

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-Graduate of any Business related course.
-Fresh graduates are welcome
-Work experience in permitting activities is an advantage
-Documentation skills
-Basic Computer Skills knowledgeable in MS Word/Excel.
-Excellent communication and human relation skills.
-Willing to do field work.

JOB SUMMARY:

Project Documentation Assistant is responsible for filling and securing all necessary document/s for due diligence and prerequisites for the transfer of title ownership from seller to PAAPDC

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Coordinate with Land Acquisition Associate for properties to apply for certificate of Registration and transfer of ownership of newly acquired lots.
-Request all relevant documents such as Tax Clearance, Certificate True Copy of Tax Declaration and Title, Certificate of No Improvement, and other related certifications.
-Request for assessment and payment pf mother titles taxes in LBP/LGU, such as: Estate Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax, Capital Gains Tax, -----Transfer Tax of Estate, Transfer Tax of Sale, Real Property
-Process and secure Certificate Authorizing Registration from the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
-Process and secure transfer of mother titles and tax declarations from Seller to Heirs/PAAPDC.
-Prepare weekly accomplishment report.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
