Job Description
Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and orientation sessions are conducted.
Support employee relations activities, including documenting grievances, conducting investigations, and recommending resolutions.
Assist in performance management processes, including scheduling evaluations and maintaining records.
Accounting Assistance:
Provide support in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing necessary data and analysis.
Help maintain financial records and prepare reports as needed.
Compliance and Administration:
Ensure compliance with HR and accounting regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and financial information.
Assist in general administrative tasks as required.
