Job Description
Responding to customer inquiries and providing them with information regarding services, pricing, and availability.
Dispatching service technicians to customer locations and ensuring they have all the necessary information and resources.
Administering and overseeing the service billing process, including generating invoices and processing payments of clients.
Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of service history.
