Job Description

Job Overview
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking for Amazon Catalog Marketplace Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for enriching and uploading a variety of products to Amazon Seller Central, ensuring all details are accurate and adhere to both brand and marketplace standards. This role also includes maintaining the quality of listings as requested by clients.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Amazon Seller Central account listings, pricing and inventory including audits, issue resolution, and enhancements.
Create new product listings following Amazon policies and guidelines.
Variation Family Management: Must possess deep knowledge in creating, managing, and ensuring the consistency of variation families through flat file uploads.
Analyzing existing product listings for attribute changes and updates.
Expertise in Excel, database bulk operations, and updating Amazon.
Maintain and update Amazon Storefronts and A+ and create deals within the marketplace.
Familiarity with keywords, listing optimization, and tools to determine keyword strength.
Submit tickets/cases. Can converse with Amazon support as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts with a focus on catalog management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional skills in using databases, PIM Software, and Vendor Management Systems.
Must have an understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Working knowledge of basic Adobe Photoshop.
Ability to work independently while following an overall management strategy and adapting to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities.
Ability to manage multiple brands and knows how to prioritize tasks according to status.
Experience with creating Amazon listings using flat files and willing to be trained for a new role if needed and/or take on new tasks.
Excellent attention to detail.
Must have a fast and stable internet connection, with backup power and internet in case of interruptions.
