Job Description

Job Summary:
eCommerce Sr. Team Lead will be responsible for interacting with the business team, understand the SLAs and supervise the
service team to support and maintain the infrastructures. He/she will be in charge of managing service level agreements and
ensuring services meet the business’ need.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain product information in e-commerce systems, including product descriptions, images, attributes, and
pricing.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product data across all e-commerce platforms.
• Identifying and reporting to the management opportunities to improve PIM application performance and data governance,
and support efficiency efforts by leading in the development of new processes to improve data management goals.
• Ability to analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, optimize product
listings, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis is
beneficial.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product information and update databases accordingly.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve product data quality and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends and best practices related to product information management.
• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the team.
• Proactively stay up to date on all relevant company, client, and product information, and updates
• Stays up to date with political and social issues that might have an impact on the brand or client he/she is handling.
• Provide support and training to internal teams on product information management processes and tools.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new e-commerce initiatives and projects.
• Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or related field.
• Experienced with different online marketplaces such as but not limited to Amazon, Home Depot, Bed Bath, eBay,
Wayfair, Walmart, and Target.
• Must have a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape such as but not limited to product catalog
development, SEO, UX, and product information management.
• Exceptional skills in using databases, PIM Software, and Vendor Management Systems such as but not limited to MS
Excel, PIMWorks, Syndigo, Slack, and Basecamp.
• Working knowledge of basic Adobe Photoshop.
• Must be comfortable handling and working with different campaigns.
• Must be able to act as a brand advocate for the company by sharing and highlighting positive experiences and
sentiments on social media such as but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be amenable to work during US business hours.
