Operations Manager (US Accountant)

Qualification

"Experience:
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a must.
Experience working with multinational companies or in a Big Four accounting firm can be advantageous.
At least 5 years relevant experience in US general accounting

At least 1 year in a supervisory position, with solid experiences in both team management and performance management

Must be able to communicate and comprehend well in English.

Previous experience in a BPO/outsourcing setting is a plus

Certified Public Accountant

Industry Knowledge:
Corporate, finance, consulting, or public accounting firms.
Understanding the specific tax regulations and industry dynamics relevant to the organization they work for is essential.
knowledge covering tax, AR/P, GL, financial accounts, budget, cash flow and financial assets
Regulatory Compliance:
Staying up to date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements is crucial for a Taxation Manager.
Ensuring compliance with tax laws and minimizing tax risks are key responsibilities.
