Job Description

BGC - Hybrid set up
MID-GY shift
30k-60k

3+ years of continuous in general accounting experience
Complete accounting activities (including journal entries, account reconciliations and Desktop
Applications as applicable) and provide accounting support for the following Base Business
(Technology) areas:
o Lockbox / Accounts Receivable Accounting
§ A/R Analysis Reporting
o Promotional Interest Discount Accounting
o Lease Documentation Fee Accounting
o General Services Administration (GSA) reserve
· Pre-Close support to US Leasing Operations
· Oracle Submission 119 Reporting
· Technology Financing Income Gross Up (Quarterly)
· Outlook on Finance Receivables (tax submission) (Annually)

Major Responsibilities (Manufacturing/RDE)
· Uses best practices and knowledge of business issues to improve processes.
· Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective to identify solutions.
· Works independently; receives minimal guidance.
· Performs a variety of accounting functions within the Accounting department. May perform one or more of the following duties:
o Gather and develop reporting for the monthly financial close.
o Research transactional data in various systems and gather appropriate supporting detail for journal entries.
o Assist with audits by providing supporting records and documentation.
o Develop solutions for improving accounting processes.
o Prepare and publish financial and/or internal control reports.
o SOX compliance activities.
o Regular interaction with operations and other finance team members.

Background, skills, experience and qualifications (please denote whether desired or preferred)
· Degree in Accounting
· US GAAP
· Excellent (English) communication skills (verbal and written)
· Require knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
· Oracle ERP experience – A/R, A/P, inventory, purchasing, order management modules

· Work proactively to complete responsibilities ahead of deadlines
· Communicate any work issues to manager promptly
· Work under pressure and be able to prioritize tasks
· Complete tasks within specific timeframes – may require extended hours during month end close
