Position Description

Roles & Responsibilities
● Generate business solutions through constant modification of existing business intelligence solutions in order to deliver the highest possible value to the business
● Design applications consistent with established business requirements and specifications; developing clear and well-structured analytical plans and analyzing large data-sets
● Oversee and conduct the conversion of data into insights that will lead to informed business decisions
● Collaborate with our Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to shape the business’s data infrastructure and create new data products
● Develop KPIs within the business to identify trends and evaluate the success of business initiatives
● Identify the needs of customers through user research, stakeholder collaboration, and analysis of data
● Gather business and technical requirements to create and present comprehensive solutions and implementation plans for client delivery
● Design and complete implementation of technical data integrations
● Manage delivery of data sets from existing partners, while seeking to improve and expand coverage
● Create and implement internal documentation and workflow tools to improve evaluation and identification of data sources
● Collaborate with business units to conduct a range of analysis to facilitate better understanding of the data
● Develop a deep understanding of the relationship between business process, systems, and underlying data
● Help end users find, access, and effectively leverage data needed for analysis and reporting
● Experience working with the following tools/applications: Redswift, SQL queries, Tableo, Salesforce
● Research and advocate for process and system changes that have the potential to improve the impact of data over time
● Document and share learnings about data with all stakeholders

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s Degree required; MS/MBA in a quantitative field is preferred
● 5+ years’ experience working with various transactional and/or analytical database systems in a quantitative or analytical role
● Experience with business intelligence tools
● Demonstrated ability to define a problem, frame it for a broad audience, and collaborate with others to formulate solutions
● Demonstrated ability to develop dashboards that are impactful and have a meaningful narrative
● Experience with financial reporting is a plus

Work Hours: US Time
Salary + great team, office, Night differential for hours between 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Cebu time zone
