Job Title : Data Analyst
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Shifting
Duty: 8hrs

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be Senior High , College Level possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
Typing test must be at least 35 WPM.
Works well on a team.
Ability to maintain prioritize and multitask.
Communication Skills both in written and oral
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to accurately follow instructions.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Report and Check Balance
Reporting errors to management.
Ask the superior or team leaders if you don’t know what to do before processing. To avoid mistakes.
When working, focus primarily on processing data / transaction.
Double check the data by the client before approving it.
You should not leave your place casually, especially when there are many transactions.
As much as possible, after you process a transaction, immediately check if you’re balance. So that the team leaders can fix it immediately.
Should be broad minded when it comes to balancing.
Always communicate with the Team Leaders.
If you will be absent the next day, you should tell the leader earlier. And if late, the leaders must also be informed.
When the duty is about to end, make sure to report the balance before changing to the next shift.

Benefits & Compensation Package
- Minimum salary 15,908.80
- Allowance 5,000.00
- Upon regularization meal allowance increase 2,000.00
-Can be entitled of the KPI during 3-4 months P5, 000.00
- Mandated Government Benefits
- Night Differential Pay from 10pm -6am.
- OT Pay exceeding 8hrs duty
- Annual Bonus Incentive base on the performance of regular employee working for one year and up.
- Can be entitled of Yearly Increase base on the performance of regular employee working for one year and up.
