Job Description

Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Analyst will monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound and outbound calls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance within a call center environment.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide feedback to call center agents on performance and areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of call recordings and customer interactions.
• Identify training needs and recommend coaching and development opportunities for agents.
• Document evaluation findings and maintain accurate records of quality evaluations.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or Quality Assurance Specialist in a call center environment, with 2-3 years of experience.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
