Job Description

The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and at least 2-3 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Maintain a high level of product or service knowledge to effectively provide support and information to customers.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Customer Support Representative or similar customer service role, with at least 2-3 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
