Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who are skilled in responding to customer inquiries and requests. Familiarity with computer systems is essential, along with prior experience in customer support. Ideal candidates will have strong communication abilities and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:
• Handle phone calls, emails, and chat communications
• Assist customers with product information
• Exhibit strong communication skills
• Utilize problem-solving abilities to meet customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot technical issues

Qualifications:
• At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate
• 6 months to 1 year experience in any sales direct experience
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications
• Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
