Stock Clerk/Warehouse Man

Job Purpose

Responsible for all merchandise inside the Forward Stock Room (FSR) and ensures storage practices are based

on standards.

Responsibilities

· Receives deliveries from Receiving Dispatching Unit (RDU), counts/verifies price in Item Viewing System

(IVS) and checks for defects, inputs information in Merchandise Management System (MMS).

· Forwards items to the selling area for display and stock replenishment or serve individual customer orders.

· Replaces lost or wrong price tags and requests the same from the Tagging Office.

· Categorizes items for transfer or Return to Vendor (RTV), requests approval, prints shipping manifest

(process in MMS) and keeps file of documents.

· Organizes the items in their designated storage racks and maintains cleanliness of the area.

Key Qualifications (Background, Experience, etc)

· Has completed at least 2 years in college

· With good clerical skills and attention to detail

· Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
