Senior Legal Counsel

Responsible for monitoring and performing all legal affairs activities within his/her assigned area of expertise. The main responsibility is to do everything within his/her scope of power to keep J&T Express operations out of legal trouble.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Degree in law;
2. With at least 5 year related experience.
3. Experience in the specific industry to which the employer belongs.

3. Knowledge of the Philippine laws, rules and regulations.
4. High attention to detail and strong negotiation skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reviewing contracts to prevent potential disputes and financial risks.
2. Analyzing contract clauses, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities.
3. Case monitoring;
4. Provide dispute resolution to the company;
5. Investigate and defend the benefit of the company;
6. Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Legal Manager from time to time.
