Job Description
2. Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials, and placing orders in the delivery area.
3. Maintaining inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
4. Prepare summary and technical reports.
5. Assign labor operation numbers and trouble codes to the warranty repair area.
6. Prepare warranty claims in accordance with distributor procedures.
7. Administer warranty claims in accordance with distributor procedures.
8. Administer warranty parts identification; storage and disposal.
9. Responsible for parts quotation, parts pricing, and over-the-counter.
10. Responsible for preparing payments to suppliers.
Qualifications*
1. Graduate of vocational course in automotive service or related field.
2. Ability to identify and source parts.
3. Experience in a car dealership is an advantage.
4. Well-versed in computer operations.
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
