Job Description

Develops and implements strategic marketing/sales programs to make the company name
renowned in the Consumer Finance industry within the target market area
Establish good relations and strengthen the company presence in the prospect market
Ensures the growth of the number of qualified loan applications within the target area.
Assists the manager in achieving the sales goals and objectives of the company.
Leads, motivates, and supervises the sales team assigned to him/her in relation with the targets
and goals of the team.
Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder, any course
Must have experience with loan and credit applications, preferably from a personal finance
institution.
Possesses above-average communication skills (both written and verbal), presentation, and
customer service skills.
At least 2 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing.
With supervisory experience
Willing to render fieldwork in Metro Manila and provincial assignments
Willing to report to work in Ortigas Center
Can start ASAP.
