Job Description
*Providing menus and answering questions regarding menu items, specials, and beverages.
*Offering recommendations based on customer preferences and menu knowledge.
*Taking accurate food and beverage orders and relaying them to the kitchen staff.
*Serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
*Setting up tables with clean linens, silverware, glasses, and napkins.
*Clearing and resetting tables efficiently between courses and after customers leave.
*Keeping the dining area clean and organized, including floor, windows, and furniture.
