Your Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with their ride-sharing needs through chat.
Resolve issues while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
Provide clear and accurate information to ensure it's customer satisfaction.
Needed Qualifications
Good communication skills
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
Must have at least three months of chat experience.
