Assist customers in navigating our services, ensuring a positive experience.
Handle and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Communication and Documentation:
Maintain clear and concise communication with customers via phone, email, and chat.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective communication.

Problem Resolution:
Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for timely resolution.
Provide solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: PHP 18,000
Inclusive of Health Insurance, 22 Paid Leaves, and Paid Training
