Job Description

Location: BGC, Taguig (Onsite)
Schedule: Nightshift (8 pm - 5 am)

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field OR Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
● Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design and development (SA level)
● Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
● Proficiency in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
● Experience with Intellum and Evolve are a big plus.
● Experience with video and audio editing tools is a plus.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
● Demonstrated project management and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
● Needs Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to identify knowledge and performance gaps, target audience characteristics, and desired learning outcomes.
● Curriculum Design: Create comprehensive instructional design plans that align with learning objectives, utilizing sound adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Gagne's Nine Events). Creating measurable learning objectives.
● Content Development: Develop compelling learning content including e-learning modules, lesson plans, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, videos, simulations, and assessments.
● Multimedia Integration: Select and integrate appropriate multimedia elements (e.g., video, audio, graphics, animations) to enhance learner engagement. Ability to flex content to different learning styles.
● Pilot and Evaluation: Partner with SMEs to pilot learning solutions, collect feedback, and iterate on designs. Measure the effectiveness of training programs using appropriate evaluation methods.
● Project Management: Manage instructional design projects effectively, meet deadlines, and
communicate progress to stakeholders.
● Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest instructional design trends, learning technologies, and best practices.
Salary:
196.000,00 ₱ Monthly
