Job Description

Direct | Full-time employment
Hybrid Setup | Night Shift
Taguig

Responsibilities
- Partner with consultants and team members to perform financial analyses and data analysis
- Develop client analyses and presentations, including review of pharmacy contracts
- Analyze vendor products, services, and contracts
- Design and distribute responses to RFPs
- Support intellectual capital initiatives and develop new financial models
- Assist with client deliverables and coordinate with onshore team
- Manage follow-up questions and requests, and participate in project status calls

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably a program in Mathematics or Business)
- At least 2 years of experience working with health and benefit plans (their financials)
- Preferably from a Benefit Consulting / Brokerage Firm or Health Insurance Company
- Proficient In English, With Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- with specific experience in US Healthcare/Pharmacy is an advantage
- Project Management Experience
- Well Organized & Detail Oriented
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce quality deliverables

Technical Skills and Experience
- Strong Analytical and Integrative Skills
- Critical Thinking/Problem Solving Skills as It Relates to Data Analysis
- Being Able to Interpret Data Sets
- Interpret Financial Modeling Results for Reasonability
- Experience With Data Entry, Validation, And Manipulation
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, Particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- In Excel, Specifically Be Able To:
- Run Pivot Tables/V-Lookups on Data Sets
- Learn New Formulas in Excel to Improve Data Analysis
- Learn How the Financial Model Functions Including Formulas and Flow from Tab to Tab
- Run Calculations on Data Sets (I.E., Totals, Percentages, Percent Change)
- Ability To Review and Check Data Against Subject Domain Knowledge (E.G., Health And Group Benefits) And Understand the Data’s Accuracy for the Designated Purpose.
- Ability To Conduct Meetings and Communicate Well with Onshore Partners.
- Experience In Conducting Contract Reviews
