Job Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute service activities, such as onboarding new clients, resolving Service Requests, gathering and compiling data for client meetings, maintaining client files/dashboards and handling dayto-day client requests
Facilitate or assist with client reporting
Managing Company and Client expectations
Cultivate positive interactions and manage relationship between Company and Client
Create and maintain contracts and agreements
Oversee record-keeping and data accuracy Analyze data and convert into usable information

Qualifications:

Experience in BPO industry highly preferred but not required
At least 3 years of previous healthcare industry experience required
Previous work experience in a clinical or health care delivery environment (hospital, home health,
hospice or community based, direct care or case management) an advantage
At least 1 year of previous Client Liaison, Account Management or Project Management experience required
Knowledge of US healthcare system
