Job Description
HS/SHS Graduate
Must have a stable Internet Connection
Complete requirements (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, Tin)
Must have Skype Account
Willing to work ONSITE (MAKATI)
Job Description:
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
Contact customers via phone, email to remind them of overdue payments.
Negotiate and establish repayment schedules based on customers' financial situations.
Ensure all payments are posted accurately and promptly.
Process and monitor payments to ensure timely collection
Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
Adhere to company policies and legal requirements regarding debt collection.
Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
All task to be given by immediate head from time to time.
