Job Description
Responsible for achieving channel and campaign targets through telemarketing callouts.
Promote the Better Banking experience to all customers of the bank by offering various sales and marketing products, promotions, services and programs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Persuasive Communication Skills
Conducts callouts to existing and new customers of the bank by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems and other telecommunication technologies to market product features and present benefits of the products accurately and persuasively and gather relevant client information needed to process application or requests
Quality Orientation Ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency of client information via system access, dialer tools and quality control measures to achieve on-time and proper processing of applications/ requests and preventing customer complaints
Understanding and Application of Compliance and Regulatory Guidelines Adhere to company rules and regulations using manuals, handbooks and memos pertaining to compliance to the policies and procedures based on the bank's guidelines
Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Graduate with any Bachelor's Courses, Vocational Courses, or SHS Graduate
Good communication skill
Telesales/Customer Service Experience
Computer Literacy
