Job Description
- Calculate and process regular pay, overtime, bonuses, and other wage adjustments based on company policies and collective agreements.
- Ensure accurate deductions for taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.
- Process payroll through the company's payroll system and ensure timely distribution of paychecks or direct deposits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and timekeeping in a courteous and professional manner.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or errors in payroll data.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to payroll activities.
