SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Structural Engineer is part of the Design Team who is responsible for
providing structural calculations and support to the engineering team. Responsibilities
will include performing and managing simple and complex analysis, design and
documentation of various structures as well as conducting field investigation and
construction phase observation.
 Perform structural design and analysis calculations using governing codes and
standards, engineering formulas, skills, and experience.
 Manage, administer and design structural projects and structural components of
non-structural projects
 Conduct assessments and evaluations of existing structures
 Provide drawing for own designs and produce sketches to incorporate in
drawings by the Team.
 Develop solutions to challenges presented by the client within budget, schedule
and project constraints
 Monitor work executed for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering
practices and standards.
 Review of shop drawings to ensure structural requirements have been
considered.
 Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to
prepare engineering design documents.
 Willing where necessary, to stamp and sign drawings and structural calculations
as Engineer of Record.
 Attend and participate in Client and internal meetings.
 Supervise others including but not limited to administrative, technical and
professional staff
Qualifications:
 Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil/ Structural
Engineering
 Licensed Engineer (Civil & Structural) is must
 With extensive experience in structural design and analysis not less than 5
years with design office.
 with a strong background in high-rise building projects.
 Experience gained with engineering consulting firm will be advantageous
 Proficient in AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD, SAP2000 and SAFE and Microsoft
Office
 Has a good supervisory/leadership and communication skills (both oral and
written) with regards to project execution
 With high motivation and right attitude as a team player and willing to work
overtime.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
