Job Description
· Responsible for preparing ingredients at an establishment that serves food, processing customer orders, producing meals and cleaning their workspace throughout the day to follow health and safety guidelines.
· Should follow recipes consistently
· Communicate with wait staff and prepare garnishes according to the recipes to make an attractive presentation for each meal.
· Execute the opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field
· Experience working as Line Cook in a Japanese restaurant is a plus.
· Knowledge of Japanese food preparation techniques and plating
· Good communication skills
