Job Description

Location: Pasay - Mall of Asia

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to improve processes.
Monitor KPIs and address areas for improvement.
Lead and motivate staff to achieve operational goals.
Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

*Minimum 10 years in BPO, At least 6 years as Supervisory experience
*Must have Banking and Finance Experience- Collections
*Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
