Job Description
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to customers' questions
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
No work experience is needed (Fresh grads are encouraged to apply)
Excellent phone etiquette and good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
At least HS(old curriculum)/SHS Grad
