CEBU ERNBRI IMPORT, INC. (CEII) is a corporation lawfully existing and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), primarily to engage in, but not limited to, import, buy, sell at wholesale, trade, export goods such as diving equipment, water sports and other similar or related goods and merchandise. BACKGROUND In November 2002, CEBU ERNBRI IMPORT, INC. (CEII) through its major shareholders Ernest Long and Brian Giles (hence ERNBRI), has taken over the importation component of the 30-year-old AQUAVENTURE PHILIPPINES, and the then largest distributor of diving equipment, WHITETIP DIVERS originally established in the 1980s. Subsequently, then major shareholder Brian Giles secured the trade name and trademark AQUAVENTURE WHITETIP DIVE SUPPLY (AWDS) for use in the business. In May 2003, CEII/AWDS started commercial importation and distribution operations in two (2) locations: Ermita and Cebu. After twenty (20) years in business, CEII/AWDS has grown from two (2) to Ten (10) Branch locations with its latest Branch strategically located in El Nido Palawan: 1. 60 Legaspi St. Brgy. Sto. Niño, Cebu City 2. Bagumbayan2, Maribago, Lapu-lapu City, Mactan Island 3. Sabang Beach, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro 4. D’ Mall , Balabag, Boracay Island 5. Kamagong Street, San Antonio Village, Makati City 6. Locsin Street, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental 7. Anilao, Mabini, Batangas 8. Alona Beach, Tawala, Panglao, Bohol 9. Job Description

Job Description: Responsible for coordinating the importation of goods from overseas suppliers, ensuring that all documentation is in order and that shipments arrive on time and in good condition. Ensure that all parties involved in import transactions are kept informed about its status, and work to resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field
· At least 3 years’ experience in supply chain / logistics operations
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
· Effective Communication skills
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Critical thinking / Problem-solving skills
· Flexible and capable of multi-tasking
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
· Experience in Accounting or ERP software is an advantage
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Reviewing orders to ensure that they are complete and accurate before passing them along to the next step in the process
· Reviewing inventory levels to determine if additional orders are needed from suppliers
· Assist Supply Chain Director in communicating with suppliers to ensure that they can meet production deadlines and order requirements
· Determining shipping needs/mode based on the type of product being shipped and the location where it will be picked-up/delivered. Negotiate
with vendors to secure the best possible shipping terms
· Schedule and coordinate all inbound shipments with vendors, freight forwarders, and trucking companies
· Scheduling shipment dates and times to meet production deadlines and customer needs, and coordinating with shipping companies to arrange
for pickup and delivery of goods
· Reviewing purchase orders and other shipping documents to ensure that all requirements have been met and distribute necessary
documentation for customs clearance and ensure that all imported goods comply with relevant regulations
· Maintain updated records of import activities, and monitor/track shipment progress and update stakeholders of any changes or delays
· Communicating with Logistics Coordinator/s to arrange for Branch shipping details such as pickup times, shipping method, delivery date,
and any special requirements
· Coordinating with the company’s accounting department to ensure that
payments are made to suppliers within specified time frame
Salary:
25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
