Job Description

RFP / Response/ Proposal Management (RFPIO) Specialist/Associate

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review and complete assigned deliverables with highest level of
accuracy and within a predetermined time set forth in the work allocation.
• Specialist is responsible in ensuring all deliverables in the checklist/worklist are
prepared and completed on agreed deadline.
• All members should be aware of and must perform its duties in accordance with
the standard procedure of a proper hand off both offshore and onshore.
• Actively work with request/inquiries and guarantee that stakeholders’
expectations are being met, in accordance with present policies and procedures.
• Should be able to properly handle any noncritical and critical process-related
issues and escalate on a timely manner to the supervisor or to any internal and
external counterpart that may help fix and complete the task.
• Support the team by acting as back up in the absence of team member/s.
• Assist and help associate team members in their technical development through
continuous process training.
• Actively collaborate with team lead on process improvements, processes reviews
and projects that may increase the efficiency and accuracy of the group.
• Help Team Leader in identifying, implementing, and participating across team
initiative, including but not limited to process reviews whenever needed,
maintenance of process documentations, sharing best practices and other
relevant process improvements.
• Ensure that assigned deliverables are prepared and completed in conjunction to
its reviewer schedule.
• Monitor activities in each process workflow and review the current workload to
better plan for the day and identify issues and delays that may cause
interruptions in the completion of deliverables.
• Actively manage daily emails and act as needed in accordance with team
protocols.
• Any related process as required by the team.

Qualification:
1. Experience in using Responsive (formerly RFPIO)
2. Excellent command of the English language – decoding, fluency, vocabulary,
sentence construction and cohesion, reasoning, working memory and attention.
3. Committed to intellectual curiosity and integrity, with a high degree of ethics

4. Mature and thoughtful, with the ability to operate within a collaborative, team-
oriented culture as well as operate independently

5. Well organized, detail oriented; able to multi task and keep track of various
deadlines
6. Hard working and eager to learn in a highly intellectual, innovative environment

7. Look beyond the surface level to understand the underlying details
8. Good understanding of basic to intermediate functions in MS Office applications
9. Committed to intellectual curiosity and integrity, with a high degree of ethics
10.Ability to work well and collaborate with cross functional teams.
11.Experience in collecting, defining, and understanding data.
12.Excellent interpersonal skills.
13.Strong client servicing mind set and skills.

Education and Experience
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Financial
Management, Economics, Accounting, Communications, Legal and other related
business course.
2. Writing and Industry related experience is an advantage.
3. The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of how an investment
management firm operates and related functions
