Job Description

Role: Marketing Ops/Digital Marketer
Work setup: Hybrid (RTO 1 or 2x in a week)
Shift: 8PM to 5AM (PH Time)
Work location: Ortigas, Pasig

Responsibilities:
Digital Marketer (DM) The job requires expertise in using CRM, process improvements, and ongoing optimizations.

The DM will act as a consultant for the client and provide recommendations in using HubSpot for:
Execution and improvement of functionality
Troubleshooting
Optimizing campaigns and workflows
Process improvements

Here are the role’s five core accountabilities:
Execution of account processes & marketing platform best practices at standards
Accomplishment of technical training for the job
Day-to-day client communications relating to projects and task trafficking
Delivering quality work within standard turnaround times
Learning & innovating with client & StraightArrow tools

Responsibilities:
Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to address any user issues or inquiries related to HubSpot implementation and usage.
Optimize HubSpot workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and other

Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Management, Mass Media, or related fields

Experience
At least 3 years of work experience with strong project management qualities and potential to lead.

HUBSPOT EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE IS A BIG PLUS!!!

At least 3 years of experience in inbound marketing using the marketing platform for different clients
In-depth knowledge of marketing automation, lead management, and CRM functionalities.
Strong technical skills and proficiency in working with marketing platform
Familiarity with integration testing and troubleshooting
Knowledge and experience in working with digital projects, such as websites, EDM, landing pages, and social media.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

Nice-to-haves:
Experience in providing training and support to end users
Knowledge of different website CMS, basic SEO, digital design best practices
Knowledge of other marketing platforms
