Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVES
The Human Resource and General Admin Manager encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at effectively managing human resources and administrative functions within the organization. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing HR processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving operational excellence across various HR functions.

Duties and responsibilities

Human Resources Management:
· Act as a point of contact for complex employee inquiries and issues related to HR transactions.
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
· Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
· Conduct regular training sessions on relevant HR topics for employees and managers.
· Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
· Facilitate the approval and communication of manpower hiring requests, employee movements (transfers, progressions/promotions, and exits), and organizational changes in coordination with the concerned employees, department managers/heads, and HR process owners. This includes the completion of relevant documents/references and monitoring files/databases.
· Conduct organizational review activities to determine the alignment and relevance of the existing structure, roles, and headcount composition within a department or team, to execute ongoing and future business strategies and performance objectives.

Talent Acquisition:
· Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent and fulfil the headcount requirements.
· Lead the recruitment process by collaborating with managers to identify staffing needs and conducting interviews.
· Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.

Benefits and Compensation:
· Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to the overall benefits package.

Compliance, Legal, and Risk Management:
· Ensure HR processes and practices comply with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
· Work with legal counsel to address HR-related legal matters.
· Develop and implement employee handbooks and policies in accordance with local laws.
· Implement risk management strategies to minimize errors, discrepancies, and legal issues related to HR operations.
· Contribute to the creation, review, and/or updating of relevant policies, guidelines, procedures, forms, templates, and references being implemented and managed by the company in accordance with DOLE guidelines.

Administration:
· Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-maintained and organized work environment.
· Manage administrative staff and provide guidance on administrative processes.
· Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for office supplies, equipment, and services.
· Manage relationships with HR service providers and vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
· Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as necessary.
· Handle facilities management, including office space planning and maintenance.
· Responsible for overall data reporting and analysis within HR. Including financial management, planning, and budgeting of the HR department.
· Handle expats' administrative transaction requirements.


Qualifications:

· Experience in different facets of HR functions (i.e. Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Performance Planning, Conflict and Change Management).
· Knowledge and experience with compliance with Philippine Labor Law, as well as statutory reporting requirements in the Philippines.
· Highly motivated, structured, and quality-driven individual who in parallel possesses strong initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate in various situations

Salary:
75.000,00 ₱ Monthly
