Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Producing timely and detailed service reports. Documenting processes. Operating vehicles in a safe manner and using field automation systems. Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization. Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefings. Building positive relationships with customers.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
2. Drive initiatives to enhance brand equity, awareness, and relevance.
3. Ensure that consistent messaging and visual identity are maintained across all brand touchpoints, both online and offline.
4. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate the brand strategy into marketing, communications, and product development initiatives.
5. Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving consumer preferences.
6. Manage budgets effectively, optimizing spending to achieve maximum return on investment for brand initiatives.
7. Act as the spokesperson for the brand, representing it in media interactions and building relationships with key industry influencers.
