Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Recruitment Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through various stages of the hiring process. Your ability to build relationships and maintain an organized workflow will be key to ensuring a positive candidate experience and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source potential candidates.
Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates’ qualifications against job requirements.
Candidate Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Job Posting: Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company's employer brand through social media, career fairs, and other recruitment events.
Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including key metrics and progress towards hiring goals.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
BPO recruitment experience is a plus, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Salary:
17.000,00 ₱ Monthly
