Job Description
HANDLES sales orders of customers
- Regularly and PERIODICALLY checks emails and portal for PO’s and prints out the PO’S
- Printing DR’s and or Sales Invoice and other documents needed for deliveries
- Encoding of sales orders to Quick Books
Coordinates with buyers or sales officers regarding deliveries and follow up of orders and supply related issues
Coordinates with operation and logistics department regarding production and deliveries of sales orders. Provides information of incoming orders for production scheduling. Prioritization of deliveries of customers orders
MONITORS thru group chat and direct regular CONTACT / meetings with field / sales coordinator of issues relating to orders and deliveries to their store assignment
Answering calls
Monitors group chat of field Sales Coordinator
Consolidate orders of Merchandisers that operate Takalan
Provide status feedback to Sales Coordinator regarding orders and deliveries to their stores
PO assist to Buyer of Robinsons by generating orders sheet via excel
