Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Do inbound and outbound calls to schedule patient's appointments at hospitals.
- Protect patient's identity and maintain confidentiality
- Answer patient's questions regarding basic medical test
Qualifications:
- At least 2nd year undergraduate of Medical Allied Courses with at least 1 year BPO Experience in Healthcare.
- Good to Excellent communication skills
- Willing to Work Onsite
Compensation and Salary:
- Earn up to 25k-37k
