Job Description

• Managing assortment mix in line with brand strategy, revenues, and gross margin targets, as
well as maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Interpreting sales reports and providing guidance on how to improve sales figures and
enhance customer engagement.
• Preparing annual and quarterly budgets, and presenting these financial plans to relevant
stakeholders for approval and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Analyzing product performance and conducting sell-through tracking on a monthly and
seasonal basis, introducing promotions, sales strategies, and price adjustments as necessary
to drive sales growth.
• Identifying market trends and effectively monitoring supply and demand to ensure the
organization remains agile and responsive to changing consumer preferences.
• Collaborating with various departments to brainstorm and develop new projects, marketing
campaigns, and innovative business ideas that contribute to brand success and growth.
• Coordinating with the operations department to manage the logistics and organization of new
merchandise arrivals each season, ensuring efficient and timely stocking.
• Forecasting demand, setting appropriate pricing strategies, and negotiating quantities with
buyers, suppliers, and distributors to optimize profitability.
• Ensuring that the product selection across all brands aligns with market trends and customer
needs, maintaining a relevant and competitive assortment.
• Continuously brainstorming and implementing creative methods to promote and sell existing
