Work Setup: Onsite

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers
• Coordinate with providers and specialists in assessing validity of claims
• Collaborates with healthcare providers to promote the most appropriate, highest quality member outcomes, and to optimize member benefits.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and privacy
• Assess and interprets customer needs, requirements and medical records
Qualifications:
• 1 year bedside/clinical experience required
• College Graduate
• Active PRC License
